Job Description:
This position is responsible for hand polishing custom fabricated Cambria countertops
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn and apply the concepts of Cambria polish work as outlined in the polish SOPs
Identify profiled material that needs hand polishing
Polish pieces to effectively blend seams
Utilize overhead crane to transfer polish pieces to and from work stations
Inspect the overhead crane daily
Communicate with supervisor to keep him/her informed of any material defects and difficult polish jobs
Keep work area clean and free of clutter
Conduct all job related duties in a safe and responsible manner
Attend work daily, be punctual, and work the duration of a shift
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency with basic mathematics
Ability to work safely and follow Standard Operating Procedures
Ability to become certified in using an overhead crane
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work as a team player
Sense of urgency in completing work
Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends on short notice

Physical Requirements:
Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
Lift up to 60 lbs.
Push/pull 100 lbs.
Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
Bend over multiple times throughout shift
Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
Steel toed boots
Hearing Protection
Safety glasses
Cut-proof gloves
Latex gloves
Face shield
High visibility vest
Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15-$24.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
