Position Duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that customers receive outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment that includes greeting and acknowledging customers;
- Running a Point of Sale system to execute the sale process in an efficient and accurate manner;
- Listening and responding to customer requests and forwarding information to management as needed;
- Cleaning and maintaining the store area including, but not limited to, cleaning counters, equipment, floors, cabinets and external areas.
- Following all health and sanitation procedures and adheres to safe work practices;
- Ensuring proper stock levels, dating, pricing and rotation of all products and supplies;
- Maintaining and overall professional and clean appearance;
- Completing other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management: (inventory, pulling out expired products…)
Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED equivalent;
- Applicant must be 21 due to age restrictions on Tobacco and Electronic Nicotine Delivery Products;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Comfort with standing for extended periods of time;
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks;
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently;
- 1 year of retail or food service experience preferred but willing to train the right individual;
- Flexible availability.'
