What the job is …
This is a unique dual role in which you can flourish as both a Customer Support and Product Manager for a growing product line in the Middle East market. At the same time, you are also entrusted with Product Manager responsibilities for other assigned product lines on a global scale.
As a Customer Support Manager, you will be instrumental in promoting positive business relationships and executing world class support services between our customers in the Middle East region, our OEM Partner and the Satair stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
Being the focal point for technical, spares and in-service related matters.
Visiting customers on site to enhance relationships, and driving improvement initiatives.
Being the brand ambassador for our OEM Partner and Satair in front of our customers.
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall business performance of your product lines. Your responsibilities span the entire product lifecycle, from formulating the go-to-market strategy to overseeing end delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing plans with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives such as revenue and profit targets
Cultivating strong relationships with OEM Partners for your product lines, ensuring a successful and enduring partnership continuation with Satair.
Identifying and developing market offerings to expand business opportunities.
This multifaceted role requires a blend of strategic thinking, collaborative skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive the success of the assigned product lines.
You should expect around 30 travel days a year.
The profile we are looking for …
You should possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering combined with 5 years of B2B experience in a similar role (sales, marketing, engineering, product/program management or supply chain). Experience within the Aviation industry is a plus. We are seeking a collaborative team player having the below skill set:
You have a business and technical background, and have ideally spent some years in the aviation industry.
You have a proven track record of fronting customers, managing key programs or accounts, defining and implementing go to market strategies and collaborating with external partners including conducting formal presentations.
The position requires you to have strong business acumen combined with good analytical and problem solving skills.
You are comfortable using BI tools and an experienced user of Microsoft and/or Google tools.
You are fluent in English. Speaking French is considered a plus.
You identify yourself as a self-driven and motivated team player and you can juggle different topics and issues at the same time.
Strong communication skills are essential, as well as having a good ability to manage stakeholders and positively influence others towards a common goal.
