CSR Overview
The customer service representative directly manages the Purchase Order process for drop ship and program orders with suppliers within the promotional products industry. The CSR will manage the purchase and/or return of goods, review order acknowledgements to confirm accuracy, manage the proof approval process with clients, send order and shipping acknowledgements, quote freight pricing for large shipments and support in development and management of company stores, including inventory.
Duties include:
- Interface with sales and account management teams
- Process orders with suppliers and manage full lifecycle of the Purchase Order
- Provide daily order updates in the order entry system in a timely manner
- Manage all daily job follow-ups with suppliers on status, and confirm shipping/tracking of orders against firm deadlines
- Ability to manage up to 150 Work in Progress (WIP) jobs any given time
- Communicate with customers on the progression of the order throughout production process
- Effectively communicate with sales and accounting teams to solve job issues
- Document and log all relevant internal/external communication related to projects
- Coordination of special kitting/fulfillment projects
- Support in the build and management of company stores through BrightStores
- When needed, assist in the development of product virtuals for sales presentations
- Other related tasks, as assigned

Requirements:

- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and ability to proactively find solutions
- Planning, organizing and completing assignments accurately within deadlines
- Flexibility and composure with taking-on and moving between tasks/responsibilities
- Proficiently navigate between several system platforms, for order entry and inventory control
- Excel skills necessary
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in an open team environment
- 2 years experience in client services; knowledge of the promotional products industry is desirable
