ROLE SUMMARY This is an exciting opportunity to join Pfizer’s Inflammation and Immunology Division in the Medical Dermatology area. Pfizer Inflammation and Immunology (I&I) strives to deliver breakthroughs that enable freedom from day-to-day suffering for people living with chronic inflammatory diseases, which can be debilitating, disfiguring, and distressing, dramatically affecting what they can do. Within I&I, Medical Dermatology has an industry leading pipeline and is poised for continued growth and success. The Dermatology team is responsible for two of our 25 by 2025 launches, Ritlecitinib and Abrocitinib (CIBINQO), as well as Eucrisa. Ritlecitinib our JAK3/TEC molecule, currently in Phase 3 for alopecia areata, with a potential launch 2023. There only one other FDA-approved medicine for this indication, so Ritlecitinib may potentially deliver on critical unmet needs for people suffering from this disease. CIBINQO is an oral JAK inhibitor for moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis was approved in the US in mid-January 2022. The brand recently completed its US Launch and is now on starting its journey to becoming a blockbuster product for Pfizer. Eucrisa is a novel steroid-free PDE4 inhibitor that is indicated for the treatment of mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis. Eucrisa provides steroid-free efficacy that can be used both short-term and long-term to stand up to the daily symptoms mild to moderate atopic dermatitis patients experience. The Director, Access Integration Lead will have a cross functional leadership role that will ensure the integration and implementation of an optimal market access strategy. The strategy will support all aspects of the commercial plan and maximize brand performance. The incumbent will also ensure integration and execution of the Market Access strategy supporting all aspects of commercial planning and maximizing brand performance. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the market access strategy for Dermatology Franchise Responsible for coaching of 2 brand team market access colleagues Lead and implement the pull through plan and marketing resources including developing and monitoring performance goals associated with contracting decisions; oversee development of cost and coverage messages, designed to facilitate effective pull through and overall communication of formulary dynamics with HCPs and office staff Partner with Payer Marketing on Payer Value Proposition (PVP) development, and payer segmentation Partner with PCA on contract strategy Lead channel strategy for each brand and liaison to Channel Management team Patient Support Lead and liaison to Specialty Access Solutions (SAS) team (copay strategy, hub, interim care) Ensure the right level of resourcing to support and implement the Market Access strategy and tactics. Ensure appropriate communication, integration and collaboration across Payer, Consumer and HCP strategy and tactical plans. Lead the evolution of the Market Access business analytics and insights plan. Align stakeholders on key Market Access and performance metrics. Access Op Plan Lead and ensure appropriate communication and integration of strategy and tactical plans across HCP and Consumer teams Partner with BAI on compliant utilization of access metrics to understand brand trends and develop insights. NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS US based role with primarily domestic travel of up to 25% Work Location Assignment: On Premise LAST DAY TO APPLY: 04/13/2023 The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,900.00 to $261,500.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
