We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot expert to join our team.

Position Description :

As an Implementation Specialist at 1406 Consulting, you will be responsible for tactical execution in our clients’ HubSpot portals so they can be confident their HubSpot instance is set up for success. You will work closely with our Account Management team to execute the strategic blueprints they’ve developed for your shared clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management :

Serve as the technical expert for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.

  • Understand clients' unique goals and challenges and work with the account management team to align HubSpot solutions to meet their needs.
  • Responsibility for managing and implementing HubSpot functionality with multiple clients, including a combination of HubSpot implementation projects and ongoing retainer / managed services clients.
  • HubSpot Expertise :
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of HubSpot to assist clients with various tasks within their HubSpot portal.

  • Provide guidance and best practices on HubSpot tools, automation, and features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot.
  • Ongoing Support :
  • Monitor client accounts and performance, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and provide training and resources to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Upselling and Expansion :
  • Actively identify opportunities for upselling additional services or HubSpot features to existing clients.

  • Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to develop tailored upsell strategies.
  • Present opportunities to leadership for review and execution.
  • Experience and Education Requirements :

  • Prior professional experience at similar roles in an agency or with a HubSpot Partner.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, etc.).
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Certified, Inbound Certified) are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

    The target salary range for this position is $72,500 to $90,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) plus benefits.
