Join Gundersen Health System dynamic team as a Senior Office Assistant, where you'll be the backbone of our management and staff across multiple departments! In this exciting role, you'll provide top-notch administrative support, tackle complex inquiries, and ensure deadlines are met with ease. You'll be the go-to resource for your fellow office assistants, sharing your wisdom and expertise. Plus, you'll have the chance to assist with divisional projects, events, and educational sessions that make a difference! What's Available:
- Hours: 32 hours/week
- Shift: Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexible with hours)
- No weekends!

What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work
- Able to multitask, be organized, and is detail-oriented
