15 Lightyears is expanding its team and seeking an experienced results-driven Business Development Operations to help grow our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, ability to skillfully manage clients expectations and building strong client relationships, developing and implementing strategies to generate stable revenue growth As a proactive representative of 15 Lightyears, you will attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to connect with potential clients and explore new markets. Must have experience in Business Development Operations working with Residential Construction experience.
Location: 15 lightyears office located in Longwood, FL. (Job will require some travel)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday. Full-Time
(Occasional evening and weekend hours for events and networking)

Responsibilities Include:
- Building Client Relationships: Client relations managers establish, develop, and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensuring Client Satisfaction: Working to ensure clients are happy with the company's services and skillfully manage client expectations.
- Addressing Concerns: Being the main point of contact for clients and working to resolve any issues.
- Creating Sales Strategies: Developing sales plans and strategies to generate revenue.
- Researching Competitors: Learning about competitors to stay ahead and recruit new customers.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Working with internal teams to ensure client needs and satisfaction.
- Reports: Preparation business development activities, progress, and results, presenting findings to senior management.
- Industry Events / Client Visits: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company, build connections, and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- 3 Years experience in Business to Business Development working with Home Builders
- Experience includes: negotiations, fostering relationships and building rapport with key decision leadership teams, strategic business development and solutions, conducting business, sales.
- Associate’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related field).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to assess markets, clients’ needs, and competitors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present to clients and Executives effectively.
