Job description
Position Overview: As a compounding Pharmacy Sales and Marketing executive, you will play a crucial role in selling and promoting our compounding pharmacy services to physician offices. Your primary goal is to identify sales opportunities, achieve revenue targets, establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients within the assigned territory.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships physician offices for better patient outcomes. Understand clients' needs, challenges, and preferences to provide tailored solutions.Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our non sterile compounding pharmacy services and offerings that can help physicians offices provide better care for their patients.
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Ability to attend daily huddles, weekly and month reports to executive team
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience non sterile compounding
- Have an existing database of A list providers with established relationships
- Knowledge of pharmacy services, regulations, and industry trends, preferred
- Ability and passion to learn and become expert in pharmacy product and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for productive networking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
