Works closely with community leaders and targeted constituents to further the purpose of the organization. Enhances organizational image and reputation through sponsorship, partnership and community engagement. Coordinates the community sponsorship process. Essential Functions All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's values: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference Manages corporate sponsorship requests and processes, establishes and tracks key performance indicators and return on investment metrics, providing regular reports to the director on the effectiveness of each partnership. Manages the implementation of sponsorship process including deliverables working closely with community partners and campus leaders to ensure integration with brand standards, image and reputation. Develops and executes community engagement initiatives based on strategic organizational goals. Establishes and tracks key performance indicators and return on investment metrics. Plans, coordinates and executes high-profile events, and functions that meet executive-level excellence. Implements all aspects of event logistics including the creation of the event resume and run of show, site management, catering, invitations, budgeting, drafting of comments, etc. Ensuring seamless execution. Develops and cultivates strong, long-term relationships with key community stakeholders, ensuring consistent engagement, collaboration, and mutual support that aligns with organizational objectives. Identifies emerging opportunities for community engagement specific to key market strategies. Contributes to building an integrated team through sharing of information and participation in the collaborative planning process with marketing colleagues and key stakeholders throughout the organization. Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive. Minimum Requirements Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications is required Experience - 7 years of experience in the healthcare sector is preferred. The ability to demonstrate a high level of social intelligence and relationship development skills is essential. Event management, marketing, public relations, and project management experience required.
