Job Summary
Executes strategic community engagement plans across diverse communities served ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Works closely with community leaders and targeted constituents to further the purpose of the organization. Enhances organizational image and reputation through sponsorship, partnership and community engagement. Coordinates the community sponsorship process.
Essential Functions

Provides high-level coordination and execution of plan deliverables across regions served.
Fosters image and reputation of Prisma Health through sponsorship coordination, partnership development and community engagement strategies.
Works closely with community leaders & stakeholders to advance strategic organizational goals and image and reputation. Serves as brand ambassador throughout regions served.
Coordinates budgets for all assigned accounts (internal & external) tying fiscal resources to goals, strategies and tactics to accomplish enterprise objectives using established accountabilities and measurement tools.
Contributes to building an integrated community relations team through sharing of information and participation in the collaborative planning for overall advancement of organizational objectives.
Supports corporate excellence with the development and execution of detailed event planning related to strategic deliverables.
Works closely with senior leaders and clinical leads on the execution of community relations strategic plans. Serves as a consultant on community relations strategy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory / Management Responsibilities
- This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, health care or related field of study.
Experience - Seven (7) years of d evelopment and implementation of strategic community relations plans. Evidence of successful partnership and relationship development. Event design and coordination experience. Event development, management and / or Healthcare experience preferred.
