- The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of the Family Resource Center (FRC) operations.
- The Manager is also responsible for ensuring coordination with the FRC’s Network Service providers; for managing other external community relations; and monitoring community needs. Primary attention and collaboration with the school system and juvenile courts as well as the DCF contract manager.
- The Manager provides administrative supervision for all FRC staff, including the Clinician, Family Partner, Family Support Workers, School Liaison, Group Childcare Workers, and other FRC program staff.
- Works with the Clinician to lead trauma informed and clinically competent services.
- The Manager will oversee coordination of FRC volunteers and work directly with family members and/ or youth, as needed.
- Responsibilities include regular reporting to the Program Director, contract manager and FRC Network on data management, tracking trends with the court and the Child Requiring Assistance [CRA] process, community at large, managing contract requirements and other administrative duties. Ensuring evidence-based practice and fidelity to models used.
Qualification Requirements:
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Required Experience: Five years post graduate experience with children and families; [Preferred at least five year’s program development and supervisory experience in human services/related field.]
Other Experience: Experience living & working in the neighborhoods served, with an understanding of issues that those individuals and families face and awareness of the strengths families bring.
