We're looking for an Executive Assistant for our COO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years prior work/administrative experience
- Must have excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to use all standard office equipment and typing ability.
- Must be familiar with typical office protocols, multi-tasking, supporting multiple people at the same time, and solid time-management skills.
- Must have positive, team-spirited attitude
- Ability to develop and create correspondence and presentations for executive management team and others, when necessary
- Ability to handle confidential information on a daily basis
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of executive meetings
- Experience scheduling travel arrangements
