1803 Desserts is Hiring a Customer Service & Bakery Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and proactive candidate to join our team. This person will play a key role in customer service, order taking, and pastry preparation.

Responsibilities:

✅ Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

✅ Take orders accurately and handle cash and card payments.

✅ Prepare and present desserts following our recipes and standards.

✅ Keep the work area clean and organized.

✅ Operate basic pastry equipment, such as mixers and ovens.

✅ Follow hygiene and food safety regulations.

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience in customer service and/or pastry preparation.

✔ Basic knowledge of dessert preparation and kitchen equipment.

✔ Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).

✔ Ability to work quickly and under pressure.

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

✔ Mandatory availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.

✔ Reliable transportation to work in Orlando.
