Duties

- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Transcribe meeting notes and other documents as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by gathering necessary information.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an executive administrative support role or similar position.
- Strong office management skills with a focus on organization and efficiency.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional communication etiquette.
