As 180one continues to grow, a critical part of our search process is how we coordinate the launch of each search, how we communicate with our candidate pools, and ultimately how we deliver a professional experience to our clients. Based on this, 180one is currently searching for a Research and Sourcing Lead to join our team and assist with those identified stages.

Our Research and Sourcing Manager is an integral member of the search process and partners with our team of Search Consultants in execution of the research strategy and provides assistance on a variety of deliverables that ultimately impact the outcomes of our searches.
JOB SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Research Support
oExecute 180one search strategy for each search engagement by using various research techniques to ultimately create a unique list of target companies and candidates for each search engagement.
oUtilize specific tools and technology to ensure thoroughness of research process and capture of all relevant data into our recruiting database.
oProvide Business Development support through research of local marketplace for prospective clients.
Project Management and Other
oAssist with the creation of client presentations and other relevant projects.
oProvide assistance around various marketing initiatives to grow 180one brand in local market.
oProvide Business Development support through research of local marketplace for prospective clients.
oTrack metrics and KPIs for leadership to review performance.
Qualifications
oBachelors Degree (required)
oExperience in an administrative, or similar support position preferred.
Hybrid position. This role is located at 180one’s Lake Oswego office for no less than 3 days a week in the office.
