As a Research and Sourcing Manager, you will partner with our Search Consultants in executing the research strategy and providing assistance on various deliverables that impact the outcomes of our searches.
Job Responsibilities
The job includes:
Research Support
Execute 180one search strategy for each search engagement using various research techniques to create a unique list of target companies and candidates.
Utilize specific tools and technology to ensure thoroughness of research process and capture of all relevant data into our recruiting database.
Provide Business Development support through research of local marketplace for prospective clients.
Project Management and Other
Assist with creation of client presentations and other relevant projects.
Provide assistance around various marketing initiatives to grow 180one brand in local market.
Track metrics and KPIs for leadership to review performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience in an administrative or similar support position preferred.
This is a hybrid position located at 180one's Lake Oswego office for no less than 3 days a week.
