Based on this, 180one is currently searching for a Research and Sourcing Manager to join our team and assist with those identified stages.

JOB SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Research Support
- Execute 180one search strategy for each search engagement by using various research techniques to ultimately create a unique list of target companies and candidates for each search engagement.
- Utilize specific tools and technology to ensure thoroughness of research process and capture of all relevant data into our recruiting database.
- Provide Business Development support through research of local marketplace for prospective clients
