Principal SAP Data Lead
This is a hybrid onsite role requiring 3 days of work per week at our Piedmont, CA headquarters.
We are part of the Information Systems Technology Services department, which delivers high-quality technology solutions through collaboration across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee data activities during SAP S4HANA migration project phases, ensuring accurate and timely data migration from legacy systems to the SAP platform.
- Lead data conversion initiatives, focusing on precise and timely migration of data to meet business needs.
- Manage data quality and cleanup processes, addressing defects and ensuring data integrity across master and transactional data objects.
- Design and implement a data governance framework aligned with the organization's data strategy and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting and analytics requirements, providing insights for informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a Data Management Playbook, documenting best practices, processes, and procedures.
- Implement data security roles and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX and IT controls.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture.
- 8 years of delivery experience in SAP Data Engineering and Architecture.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud, S4HANA-Embedded Analytics, BW4HANA, CDS Views, HANA Modeling, Master Data Governance, Business Technology Platform, SAP Business Objects, Information Lifecycle Management, and Content Management Solutions.
- Data Warehouse Lifecycle Certification.

- ITIL Version 3 certification.
