What you’ll do
SAP SuccessFactors provides every Employee Central Customer an additional choice to integration the company payroll portfolio with SAP Payroll Solution. SAP Payroll is an ABAP based solution based on SAP S4HANA, hosted on the cloud by SAP which is seamlessly integrated into Cloud HXM Employee Central Product.
You will be part of 24/7 Operations team in handling the following key tasks:
- SAP S4HANA system installation and end to end provisioning
- SAP add-on upgrade, Support package Upgrade
- SAP ECC to S4 HANA conversions
- Handle SAP HA/DR and backup/restore technologies
- Work on public and private cloud administration.
- Troubleshoot system performance, SAP software logistics, Client copy and ABAP system setup related issues.
- Work on Linux environment.
- Good understanding on cloud network concepts
- Added advantage for knowing DevOps tooling used for Cloud Infra
- Any exposure to SAP specific tools like LAMA, FRUN will be preferred
What you bring
- We are looking for a SAP S4HANA Basis Consultant with good SAP Basis expertise on S4HANA and exposer of DevOps, having very good communication skills and good technical background to work as an expert and drive the highly demanding operational needs of the customer.
- BW/ME/MTech/MCA/BCA from recognized institutions (Regular/Full – Time education)
- 5 years of relevant work experience

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 103,300 - 218,600 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
