Spa Front Desk Coordinator

Position Overview:As a Spa Front Desk Coordinator at New Moon Spa, you will provide exceptional guest service while managing various tasks involving computer systems, answering questions on services provided, face-to-face customer service, problem-solving, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with Computers: Utilize computer systems and software to handle spa reservations and check-ins, and enter guest data efficiently and accurately. Using specific program functions to ensure smooth operations at the spa front desk.
- Gather relevant information to assist guests with inquiries on providers, provide recommendations for services, and address concerns effectively.
- Working directly with the public: Interact directly with guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional demeanor while addressing their needs during check-ins, check-outs, and throughout their spa experience.
- Analyze guest requests, assess service availability, and resolve challenges promptly to provide optimal solutions and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Communicating with Supervisors and Peers: Provide clear and concise information to supervisors and colleagues through various channels, including telephone, email, and in-person communication, ensuring efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Computer Proficiency: Software applications, and hardware relevant to spa operations. Prior experience with spa/salon reservation software is a plus.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for exceptional customer service to guests with diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze information swiftly, make informed decisions, and resolve challenges efficiently to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
Additional Information:
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time positions available, including weekends and holidays as per operational requirements.
- Training: Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with spa systems, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
