We offer a full range of medical, cosmetic, and therapeutic services, incorporating the latest technologies and the most knowledgeable clinicians and staff. From skin rejuvenation to body sculpting to partnering with our clients to curate the best skin care routines, Revive Medical Spa, LLC is a full-service medical spa with locations in Fayetteville and Harrison and coming in September to Rogers!

What sets us apart? We are overseen by the region’s most experienced, double Board -certified, Fellowship-trained Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon. Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC, the dermatology side of our business, is located right next door at each of our medical spa locations.

Front Desk Coordinator Position Requirements:

· Must be detail-oriented and a multi-tasker.

· Ability to be efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment.

· Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.

· Must possess basic math skills.

· Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.

· Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.

· Must be a team player.

· Must have weekend and evening availability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide each client with an amazing experience:

· Greet clients as they walk through our door with a sincere, friendly welcome. Using a positive, clear speaking voice, welcoming clients by name, listening carefully to understand all requests and needs, and going above and beyond to exceed each client’s expectations at every visit.

· Promptly answer the telephone using your name and a pleasant, clear, welcoming tone of voice.

· Multi-task to manage multiple incoming phone calls and arriving and departing clients.

· Assisting in-person and on the phone clients promptly and courteously with excellence.

· Answer questions, find resources for more complicated questions, book and update appointments, check in/out clients, and collect payments for products and services.

· Develop and maintain professional and personalized relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.

· Maintain complete confidentiality in all patient and client matters in accordance with company policy.

· Ensure every client visit is phenomenal by seeking feedback from each client upon checkout. Manage any negative feedback to turn that client’s experience into a positive one, looping in spa management if needed and notating the client’s chart.

· Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the spa's services and products.

· The goal is to be able to perform the duties of the Retail Consultant if necessary.

Assist with the management and operations of the best spa in the region:

· Per the Operations Manual, open/close spa each day.

· Handle cash, make change, process credit cards, and balance cash drawer at the end of every shift, ensuring all payments were recorded properly.

· Utilize computers with skill and proficiency to document guest information in a digital format. Scan client paperwork and ensure each client record is accurate and complete. Maintain spreadsheets and database management/upkeep.

· Become an expert on our Spa Booking Software. Medical software knowledge a plus.

· Maintain a clean, fully-stocked, and well-organized work and client areas.

· Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; monitor product inventory to alert management when stock is low. Maintain cleanliness of lobby, waiting areas, and restrooms. Assist with laundry tasks as needed. Ensure both our clients and staff’s safety.

· Exemplify a positive attitude and contribute toward an upscale work environment. Be detail oriented and efficient. Maintain eye contact and smile when addressing clients, staff, and vendors.

· Be on time for shift with a consistent, regular attendance record. Attendance and participation in staff meetings and trainings.

· As the face of Revive Medical Spa, LLC, a clean, professional, and hygienic appearance is required.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school or GED required; some college preferred.

21 years old

Previous customer service experience (1 years) preferably in the hospitality industry

Demonstrated SUPERIOR customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Computer proficient

Bilingual preferred

Available weekdays until early evening, including Saturdays
