ERP Project Manager (Project Coordinator/ Junior PM / PM) Role Description
This are multiple a full-time on-site roles for a ERP Project Coordinator/ Project Manager/ Associate Partner (Delivery & Pre-Sales) located in Edison, NJ / New York City. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and expediting project timelines, managing project logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Role I: Job Description: ERP Project Manager / PMO (5-10 years)
Location: Flexible (Onshore/Offshore Coordination)
Role Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Manage ERP project schedules, ensuring smooth execution across all stage gates.
• Coordinate effectively between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Oversee and track project milestones, proactively mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks.
• Ensure flexibility in work schedules to accommodate global teams and time zones.
• Maintain a high Client Satisfaction Index (CSI) by delivering quality outcomes and fostering strong client relationships.
• Drive governance, reporting, and adherence to best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination, PMO, or delivery management and pre-sales (huge plus)
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability
- Experience with agile/waterfall methodologies and project tracking tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required

- Strong background in business development, delivery management, and client engagement

• Ability to clearly articulate and communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, R Shiny, or Power BI (1 years).
