True World Group (TWG) is a holding company of multiple international companies (US, Canada, UK, Spain, Japan, Korea, China, Germany, etc.). TWG IT provides IT service to all its subsidiary companies – many of which are in business of seafood distribution, One World Market Novi, White Wolf, Noble Fish, etc.
Position Summary
Plans, monitors and controls ERP and POS projects for all companies under TWG. Only PM II with minimum 5yr Sage X3 experience need apply. Technical Sage X3 knowledge required.

Essential Functions
- Work with CIO and Deputy CIO in developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
- Consolidate and unify accounting/financial/inventory system and software
- Prepare requests for proposals and participate in all necessary meetings to help in the selection of project services and products; Reconcile and archive project invoices files
- Assemble and coordinate project team members; assign individual responsibilities
- Hold technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Create and maintain project documentations
- Cross check invoices with actual billable services and hours by project allocations
- Establish and maintain relationships with business local staff, vendors and consultants
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor
- Lead migration, development and maintenance of Sage X3 ERP for the entire group.
- Find solutions and head customization and configuration of workflow to allow the integration of client/server applications.
- Tests ERP layout to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs.
- Review work orders, functional and technical specifications.
- Train and delegate Junior PM and other IT staff.
- Work with the companies advocates in locations and remotely.
- Lead meetings with Sage partners, third party vendors and internal staff.
- Review invoices regarding ERP projects.
- Expert knowledge with Sage X3 and X3 development projects a must.
- Expert knowledge with SEI preferred.
Education, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or IT related Technical field required
- Understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certified a plus
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Background in Accounting/Finance
- Expert in Sage X3
- Travel a must. International & Domestic
- Hybrid with three days in person
