Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute portfolio strategies by collaborating with franchise owners, portfolio directors, and cross-functional leaders.
- Market & Trend Analysis : Identify customer, market, and industry trends, translating them into actionable insights.
- Opportunity Assessment : Evaluate growth opportunities and potential risks, providing strategic options for the franchise.
- Business Planning : Develop business plans for new initiatives, including financial modeling and stakeholder alignment.
- Execution Coordination : Align efforts across teams to steer strategy execution, monitor progress, and propose mitigation actions.
- Special Projects : Lead high-impact strategic projects, leveraging internal and external resources.
