Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to lead our Accounts Receivable and Accounting departments. In this key leadership role, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting policies, and drive process improvements. Managing a team of five direct reports, you will play a crucial role in the financial oversight of our consolidated company operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to drive informed decision-making.
• Establish and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and general accounting functions.
• Conduct performance evaluations, providing meaningful feedback and development opportunities.
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring clear communication of goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with leadership, financial professionals, and customers to support business objectives.
• Support the Corporate Controller with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in an accounting department.
• 2 years of leadership experience managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Blackline and Epicor Prelude is preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
