Salary Based on Experience
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Accept shipments by inspecting the condition of items; comparing the count of items to purchase order and packing list.
- Complete Orders by obtaining pick tickets; locating and verifying materials; moving materials to staging area or to transportation vehicle.
- Scan & Check (Pick/ Pack & Receiving)
- Generate Shipping Quotes for customers
- Verify Shipping Documents/Packing Slips/ Shipping labels based on customer purchase order
- Coordinate shipping/receiving processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Returns Merchandise Authorization Manager to handle all returns according to our returns procedures.
- Ship International and Domestic Packages
- Participate in weekly meetings
- Assist with overflow in the front office/ cross training
- General office maintenance
- Prioritize daily tasks/projects and complete tasks quickly and efficiently
Skills / Physical Requirements:
- Familiar with Bar Code systems, SKUS & Serial numbers
- Ability to Multi-task in a FAST PACED work environment to meet shipping and receiving deadlines
- Ability to lift 80 lbs or more
- Able to tolerate and exceed physical demands necessary for the position i.e. lifting, bending or standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work in varied temperatures

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma
- 5 Years Knowledge of Shipping Procedures
- Customer service principles and practices
- Numeric, oral and written language applications
- Similar or Equal product knowledge (Electronics)
Order Processing & Logistics Software:
UPS and FedEx workstations
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years total Experience
(5) Years Experience in Shipping /Receiving Dept. Wholesale or Retail (UPS/FEDEX workstations) or (3): Years Customer Service/ order processing/ shipping experience PLUS: (2) year(s) Retail or Wholesale professional electronics experience or Operations
Full time:
M-F 9:00-5:30PM
