The Ideal candidate has:
Outside B2B sales experience
Entrepreneurial background.
Ability to make 1,000-2,400 in-person cold calls in the first year.
Contractual commitment to partner with us full-time as a W2 employee (no sidelines or concurrent jobs without written permission).

Since 1974, 1st Ayd has been a family-owned B2B manufacturer and distributor of maintenance, safety, and jan/san supplies throughout the Midwest and across the United States. Our Sales Force of 120 reps stand behind our broad line of 100,000 products, serving as a one-stop shop for our customers.
Our product line includes brake cleaners, hand cleaners, gloves, PPEs, degreasers, disinfectants, paper towels, trash liners, wipers, carpet care, hose clamps, wheel weights, fasteners, sanitizers, floor mats, deodorants, mops, LED lighting, material handling, tools, and beyond. Over 98% of orders ship same day, often arriving next day. We also manufacture over 100 liquid and powdered cleaners in house.
Purpose: Support the American workforce in getting work done, by helping customers stay Safe, Clean and Maintained.

By serving as assistant buyers; helping customer lower spend, improve products and practices, and get what they need when they need it.
