What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at 1st Call Restoration?
1st Call Restoration is a rapidly growing restoration company that specializes in fire, flood and storm damage emergency services and restoration. Based on Cedar Creek Lake and Tyler our service area extends from Eastern Dallas County to the greater East Texas area. We are currently seeking a construction manager to manage both large and small restoration projects in a fast pace environment.
- Construction knowledge is required.
- Candidate must be responsible, dependable, have a great work ethic and be willing to work flexible hours as needed.
- Prior sales and marketing experience is preferred.
- Experience with in the insurance restoration industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Xactimate is preferred but not required.
-Ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities needed to build meaningful relationships with clients, employees and sub-contractors.
- Candidate must be detailed oriented, organized and able to meet budget and profit margin goals.
- Candidate must possess strong communication skills to effectively keep client and insurance company updated on the progress of the project.
Must pass background test and drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
