- Comfortable receiving direction from our Office Manager
- Heavy schedule management
- Process invoices and purchase orders
- Answering and problem solving over the phone
- Data entry
***Background working in the construction industry is a plus, but not required.***
Qualified Candidates Must Meet The Following:
- Have a clean criminal record
- MUST BE detailed-oriented
- FORWARD THINKER - must be able to anticipate
- Have a sense of humor, but know when it's time to focus
- Dependable and punctual
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi task when needed
- Have a sense of urgency when it comes to deadlines
- Hardworking and ambitious
- A team player, but also willing to work independently
- Able to work well under pressure and not get easily frazzled

Hourly compensation will be dependent upon experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
