1st Care At Home is seeking a weekend Baylor Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills, analytical thinking, and organization or work. Come join a team of healthcare professionals where our two top priorities are our patients and staff members! We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits! Work schedule includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weekend Baylor.
The particular service area that this position foresees would be: Halifax County, southern Pittsylvania County, and other nearby areas within the service area
Job Description:
- provides necessary supervision, comprehensive evaluation, and treatment of Home Health patients
- patient's needs shall be monitored ongoing and actions/reports completed as necessitated
- promotes and ensures the improved outcomes of the patient’s clinical condition
- provides supervision of LPNs and CNAs that assist in the patient's care
Job Requirements:
- All applicants must possess an RN license to work in the state of Virginia and CPR certified
- Home Health experience is preferred, but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation. Daily travel is required within the service area
