Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Utilize medical terminology to assist clients with healthcare-related questions.
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Provide bilingual support (Spanish or other languages) when needed to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a medical office or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to empathize and connect with clients.
- Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
