We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Loader/Unloaders to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading materials and products in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in materials handling and equipment operation will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks, pallets, and containers.
- Operate various equipment including forklifts, cherry pickers, and cranes to facilitate the loading/unloading process.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols while performing tasks.
- Conduct order picking to fulfill customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals.
Experience
- Previous experience in loading/unloading or materials handling is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, cherry pickers, or similar equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $21.22 - $24.99 per hour
