What You’ll Do:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for marketing campaigns, social media, recruitment, and brand storytelling
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging short-form content (Reels, Stories, Shorts)
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on content calendars
- Capture real, behind-the-scenes footage of our team in the field
- Organize and maintain a library of digital content
- Occasionally assist with live video streaming and events
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in videography, photography, and editing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, lighting, and editing skills
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
- Social media savvy — you know what works and what doesn’t on each platform
- Comfortable filming on job sites and interacting with technicians and customers
- Self-starter with a creative eye and strong attention to detail
- Experience in the trades or service industry is a plus but not required
- Must have your own equipment or be willing to use company-provided gear

Pay: $17.84 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
