What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at 1st Choice Lodging?
We are actively looking for dependable and hardworking cleaners to assist during our busy season for all lodging properties. The cabin cleaners are one of the most important aspects of this business. As guests enter a property, cleanliness is a top priority and what sets the tone for the remainder of their stay.
Our guests look forward to their stay and cleanliness can make or break a stay. It will be your responsibility to make sure that each property you’re assigned is cleaned to our standards each time. We have a detailed list and high expectations for how our properties should be presented to each guest. Our cleaners should take pride in making sure that our guests are having the most comfortable stay that they can provide.
Shift: This will vary upon availability calendar and the need to clean long term property rentals. Weekend & Weekday availability required. Flexibility in hours are available.

Job Responsibilities:
- General cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Laundry
- Sanitizing
- Restocking disposable items
- General upkeep of hot tubs
- Disposing of Small Trash
- Maintaining the outside of the property
- Communication with several departments
Skills & Qualifications:
- Personal Vehicle Required (Valid Driver’s License)

Pay: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour
