Duties:
- Process customer transactions promptly and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products and services.
- Maintain cash drawer and balance it daily by bank procedures.
- Identify sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate banking services or products.
- Adhere to security measures and protocols to prevent fraud and ensure customer safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and uphold operational standards.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling, debits, credits, and basic math skills is essential.
- Familiarity with cash management procedures and operating a cash register.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and detection methods.
- Strong communication skills
