Job Overview:
As an ASM, you will play a critical role in supporting, coaching, and developing agents while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. You will drive agent growth and retention, oversee onboarding and training, and ensure agents have the tools they need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor agents to achieve production goals.
- Oversee agent onboarding and provide ongoing training.
- Drive team GCI growth and agent retention.
- Recruit and onboard new agents.
- Track agent performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license with 3 years of experience (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience using CRMs and transaction management tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
