Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License or Broker Credential (Required)
- Completion of the 75-hour real estate course (Current enrollees may apply)
- No prior experience necessary—entry-level candidates are welcome
- Full-time availability for training and client engagement

- Basic computer proficiency
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and neighborhood dynamics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
- Prepare and present property listings, promotional materials, and market analyses to potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Manage property listings on various platforms to maximize visibility and attract potential buyers or renters.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other marketing events to promote listings effectively.
- Stay updated on real estate law, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate advice to clients.
