We have three branches located in Sparta, West Salem, and Tomah, WI.

The position we're looking to fill is a Member Service Representative I (MSR I) 20 Hour per week position in our Tomah office. This position works with our members financial needs and will give you the foundation of what a credit union is all about and prepares you for future opportunities within the organization. You will assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, debit cards, credit cards, change orders, and additional duties. We will teach you how to develop business relationships with new and existing members to provide them with products and services that will fit their needs. We work in a team environment, have an extensive training program, and encourage collaboration and open communication. You will have regular contact with all employees of the credit union. This position is the face of our credit union as you're typically the first point of contact coming into the branch and the last point of contact as our members leave. We're looking for an individual that has attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
