Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain QA/QC systems to ensure accurate and reliable laboratory results.
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures, including proficiency testing and calibration.
- Monitor laboratory data to identify trends and resolve potential issues through corrective and preventative actions.
- Evaluate and maintain compliance with ISO, FDA, and other industry regulations through audits and inspections.
Laboratory Operations Management:
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance.
- Supervise and mentor laboratory personnel, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Maintain laboratory safety protocols and ensure efficient operation.
- Develop and implement new laboratory methodologies and technologies to enhance efficiency.
Data Management and Reporting:

Education & Experience:
