We are seeking a skilled Commercial Playground Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules among Sales Reps, Installers, General Contractors, and Manufacturers. They will evaluate bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that all requirements are understood and evaluated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules among cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate bid specifications and drawings.
- Prepare proposal packages in coordination with vendors/installers and customers.
- Track project workflow from Sales Rep to Project Manager and to Sales Administrator.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Scheduling of materials and personnel.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- CAD, Bluebeam, and Procore experience preferred.
