Quality Engineer – Manufacturing | Old Hickory, TN

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to be the driving force behind quality initiatives—from statistical analysis and process improvement to customer and supplier collaboration. What You’ll Do:
- Lead quality systems improvements, audits, and ISO 9001 compliance
- Interface with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams on technical quality issues
- Drive corrective and preventive actions using Six Sigma tools and statistical analysis (Excel, Minitab)
- Validate manufacturing and test processes, monitor lab data, and ensure product standards are met
- Support process transitions from R&D to production and maintain quality training programs
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing (extrusion, textiles, or paper preferred)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, root cause analysis, SPC, and internal auditing
- Certified Quality Engineer and Six Sigma certification preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
