What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers in-person, over the phone, and via email to provide top-tier service.
- Support our sales team by generating leads, assisting with product selection, and resolving customer inquiries.
- Process orders with precision and ensure smooth project management.
- Become a product expert in hydronic heating, cooling systems, and HVAC solutions.
- Track sales activities and provide insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline product delivery and installation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in B2B inside sales, customer service, or a technical field (HVAC knowledge is a plus!).
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities.
