1st Lake Commercial Properties has an opening for a full-time Leasing Agent at our 150-unit self-storage facility in Kenner, LA: Many Mini Storage. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a single-person leasing office at the storage facility.
Qualifications
As the Leasing Agent of the self-storage facility, you will:
- Lease storage units to prospective customers and provide exceptional customer service to our existing customers.
- Participate in marketing of the storage units
- Prepare financial reports, deposits and complete collection activities on delinquent accounts
- Keep the property clean and in good repair
- Make ready vacated storage units
- Purchase supplies and services when needed
- Minimal on-call is expected
- Some weekend work may be required

What you need to be successful:
The qualified candidate will have previous sales experience, strong computer skills, and a passion and dedication to a job well done. Previous experience with self-storage management is a plus!
