What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Leasing Consultant position at Apartment Leasing Solutions, LLC?
Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant Immediate opportunity for full time leasing position at large downtown property. Temporary, temp to hire position with Apt Leasing Solutions. Must be experienced leasing agent and available to start ASAP. Weekday hours 8:30 - 5:30, Saturdays hours 10:00 - 5:00pm
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 6 months - 1 year previous successful apartment leasing experience. Other qualifications include:
- Professional apartment leasing skills and familiar with all phases of general office duties.
- Offer great customer service skills! Be able to assist residents and guests on phone calls and in person with various items; resident work orders, questions, renewals
- Be knowledgeable of all Fair Housing practices
- Be able to walk property, conduct tour demonstrations, climb stairs, give tours of community. If special accommodations are required please advise.
- Have great energy, ability to learn quickly and be team oriented
- Requirements: have valid drivers license, have own reliable transportation, provide proof of current auto insurance, pass all required background screenings.
