Now hiring Experienced Apartment Leasing Agent: Full time Apartment Leasing agent needed for large downtown St. Louis property. Temporary, temp to hire opportunity. Candidates must have previous apartment leasing experience and be available to start ASAP.
Full time schedule hours include weekdays Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30pm. Some Saturdays, rotating, required, 10-5:00.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 6 -12 months previous apartment leasing experience required for position. Other qualifications include:
- Be professional, familiar with all phases of general apartment leasing & office duties, and computer programs; word/excel; property management software programs a plus!
- Be able to assist with resident services, resident requests, work orders, renewals, offer all resident, prospects and guests great customer service
- Be knowledgeable and follow all Fair Housing practices
- Be able to walk property, conduct tour demonstrations, climb stairs, give tours of community.
- Prepare lease documents, assist with application processing, move-ins/outs
- Be available for weekday and weekends as needed
- Have great customer service skills, professional demeanor and learn quickly
- Be reliable & have own reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Pass all required background checks
