Responsibilities :
- Assisting members with their account financial lending needs.
- Providing account information.
- Processing various financial transactions, loan applications, interviews, decision making and disbursals, consumer lending.
- Assisting members with credit counseling and budgeting.
- Lien filing and releases.
- Cross-selling debt protection.
- GAP, MBP, Debt Protection products.
- Matching our members’ needs with the appropriate credit union products / services.
