Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Control (QC) Analyst to join our construction team. The QC Analyst will be responsible for managing the KPI dashboards and assisting with setting up proper timeline management tools. The ideal candidate would be a person with experience in an analyst role who has worked at a construction company
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine quality inspections on construction sites, materials, and workmanship.
- Monitor compliance with project specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics.
- Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and checklists.
- Developing a strong understanding of the company process in our CRM/ERP (Odoo)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in using QC tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
In-person role. Remote role is not a possibility.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
