Job Summary:  

We are seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to process and administer commercial loans.  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Assist members with commercial loan documents. 

- Provides support for approved loans by obtaining credit information, ordering appraisals, titles, and UCC searches, flood determination as needed. 

- Prepares annual letters and obtains updated financial information.

- Creates and maintains files within the department.  

- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.  

Qualifications:  

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 3-5 years of similar or related experience preferred 

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
