1st Response Pest Management of Powell, Ohio is looking to hire a full-time Sales Professional . The Sales Representative's primary responsibility is to sell residential and commercial pest control programs and services. Additionally, the Sales Representative is responsible for monitoring and following up with customers to ensure top-quality customer service.
A good candidate for this position must be able to work with customers to identify pest management issues, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. The Sales Representative must possess advanced customer service skills and a working knowledge of the pest control industry. The Sales Representative must be able to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner and be able to explain well and answer thoroughly all questions about the different features of 1st Response's programs and services. Further, the Sales Representative must be flexible and persistent! Most importantly the position requires a good, positive attitude and a willingness to provide outstanding customer service!

QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer Service / Sales / Pest Management experience
- Valid driver's license
- An acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- First-class customer service skills
- Able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in cramped spaces (crawl spaces, basements, and attics)
- Willing and able to obtain a Pest Control Operator's License after training
Prior experience in Pest Control is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person who has the desire to excel in this profession! Do you have excellent people skills?
