WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS :
You typically work Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.
As our Construction Supervisor - Project Manager, your role involves overseeing projects within your territory and nurturing relationships with customers such as insurance adjusters, business owners, and homeowners to ensure trust and repeat business. You're responsible for estimating projects and adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure successful and profitable job completion. Close collaboration with production managers, job coordinators, and production teams is essential for delivering high-quality service. Compliance with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and customer SLAs is critical. Additionally, you identify, hire, and develop technicians and other project management talent, handle billing-related tasks, and maintain a culture of excellence. Ensuring technicians meet service-level agreements and documentation requirements is also part of your duties. Furthermore, you maintain necessary training and certifications, perform on-call duties, and facilitate the collection of required documents, photos, and CRM notes while providing feedback.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :
- 5 years of reconstruction project management experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
